ABOUT BRANCHWATER FARMS
We grow wheat and rye in our organic fields for the gins and whiskeys we produce at our on-site distillery, and we work with New York State fruit growers to craft brandies in the classic European dry style known as eau de vie.
We offer specialty cocktails featuring Branchwater spirits as well as beer, wine and cider from New York producers, in addition to non-alcoholic wines and beverages. And we have specialty food boards ranging from a selection of local cheeses and charcuterie to tinned seafood and seasonal surprises.
