Join us for an enjoyable afternoon filled with flowers, where Colin Stark, from Stark Blooms, will share some essential floral design principles. The setting is Branchwater Farms, a farm-forward distillery in Milan, NY.

Colin will demonstrate how to create a centerpiece while explaining his fundamental design philosophy and principles. Then, it’s your turn to design your own lush centerpiece! You’ll receive personalized support and guidance throughout the entire process, and you’ll have access to a wide variety of flowers to choose from. Feel free to come alone or bring friends along—everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!

While there, a selection of signature Branchwater cocktails, wines and non-alcoholic beverages will be for sale as well as specialty food boards.

Ticket includes:

  • Entry to the event

  • All flowers, floral mechanics and vase

  • Floral instruction and personalized design coaching

  • Spirit tasting and sampling

  • Tickets are required for all guests

  • This event will happen rain or shine — we’ll shift indoors if needed

  • Tickets are non-refundable for any reason and cannot be transferred to another workshop, but may be transferred to another guest up until the day of the workshop

  • Flowers vary with seasonal availability

  • No need to bring your ticket, we will check you in once you arrive

  • Photos may be taken during the event for future marketing use

ABOUT BRANCHWATER FARMS

We grow wheat and rye in our organic fields for the gins and whiskeys we produce at our on-site distillery, and we work with New York State fruit growers to craft brandies in the classic European dry style known as eau de vie.

We offer specialty cocktails featuring Branchwater spirits as well as beer, wine and cider from New York producers, in addition to non-alcoholic wines and beverages. And we have specialty food boards ranging from a selection of local cheeses and charcuterie to tinned seafood and seasonal surprises.
